More than 100 people gathered to see North America’s largest bat colony take their nightly flight en masse in Austin, Texas, on Friday, Aug. 17, 2007. Unfortunately, the bats took the night off. Fortunately, the crowd was interesting.
Seeing is believing. Just watching this strong dog was so riveting, I thought I’d share this clip, even though…ahem…Montel….*sigh.* Many reasons not to watch; only one reason to watch – the dog.

ABC announced that it’s turning the GEICO Caveman ads into a sitcom called, “Cavemen.” (A name so simple even a….)
Actor, caveman and former Kansas Citian John Lehr features his Geiko spots on his Web site, as well as his cosmetic transformation from actor into character for the ads.
